1^ST 50 TO REGISTER WILL RECEIVE A T-SHIRT COMMEMORATING THE EVENT.

The agenda on post will include visits to the 4th ID Museum and Warrior Transition Unit (WTU). The mission is to build

awareness of the accomplishments of the Army, as well as to show support for recovering troops at Darnall Medical

Center, and their families.

Join the Honor Ride to Ft. Hood Saturday of Memorial Weekend, May 23rd. 2009

The ride will originate in the Houston area and travel into a staging area outside of Ft. Hood. Then travel the 36th Division Memorial Highway, (State Hwy. 36), to Access Gate 5 @ Ft. Hood.
The staging area is: The Bell County Expo Center (directions & map @ registration page)

Motorcycle, vans, buses and auto are encouraged to join in ride from various locations in the state. We will meet up at the staging area in Belton Texas and will ride together as a unit to the post.

We welcome someone from your command or Faith Based Groupe to join the planning committee. Several organizations have shown strong interest to participate including Employer Support of the Guard and Reserve, VFW, various motorcycle organizations and faith based organizations.
